We collect information that you provide directly to us when you make a purchase, register your software, or contact support. This may include your name, email address, company name, phone number, and physical address. For software activation purposes, we also collect a non-reversible cryptographic hash of your computer's hardware (Machine ID) to enforce license limits.
We use the information we collect to process transactions, deliver software licenses, provide customer support, and verify the legitimate use of our software. We may also use your email address to send you critical updates regarding your software or license.
We do not store or process your credit card information directly on our servers. All payments are securely processed by third-party gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). Please refer to their respective privacy policies regarding the handling of your financial data.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (like payment processors and email delivery services) as necessary to operate our business and fulfill your requests.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
